Question: Is it possible to transfer the zygote that has implanted in one woman's uterus to the prepared uterus of another woman?

I think you are asking about surrogate birth. In surrogate birth, the sperm of the male and the egg of the female is fused in the labaratory, made the cells grow for a few days and this product is then implanted into the prepared uterus of another female volunteer.

But what you are asking here cannot be done as the growing fetus inside the womb cannot be aborted and then implanted into another woman's uterus because removing the fetus from the uterus will cause it to be devoid of blood supply and oxygen supply leading to it's demise
