Brief Answer:
Muscle atrophy is caused by reduced/lack of exercise.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this muscle atrophy. As we age accompanied by decrease levels of physical activity and exercises, we experience muscle atrophy. My best guess is that you reduced levels of physical activities and exercises are at the origin of this. Your drug has not been known to cause muscle atrophy.

To address this, I will recommend structured and maintained exercises. Exercise averagely 40mins on most days of the week in the gym with a trainer and your muscles would slowly be recovered. However, at 72years, your muscle bulk cannot remain the same like in your youths.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
