Question: 20 weeks pregnant and may have had small amount of pink beef in hamburger. Should I be worried?

Thank you for your response. This is my first pregnancy and i worry about everything! I didnt think there would be a problem but it is always nice to hear from a trusted professional. Should i feel cramping on sides of abs and lower groin area during this growing time?
