Brief Answer:
Allergic Rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. You have the symptoms of Allergic Rhinitis (AR). It may be Perennial or Seasonal (SAR).

2. This is a very common condition and there is no cure for allergy. However, with adequate medication and avoiding known allergens, it can be controlled.

3. A set of blood tests including an absolute eosinophil count (AEC), IgE levels, nasal examination are required. Imaging with a plain Sinus CT helps look for anatomical variations and signs of infection.

4. It is worth remembering that this (AR) may be allergic or non allergic (NARES), hormonal, drug induced or stress related.

5. Unknown, allergic, nonspecific and NARES responds well nasal steroid sprays and anti allergy medication with steam inhalation and saline nasal washes.

6. Further treatment options can be discussed after the test results of these preliminary screening tests are uploaded.

If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
