Question: During a pregnancy of 4-5 weeks with HCG levels around 100, what is the expected endometrium thickness? What should the trans-vaginal report say, at this stage?

Brief Answer:
Thick endometrium is seen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
At 4-5 weeks of pregnancy, the endometrial thickness is usually more than 20mm and a small gestational sac may be seen. A fetal node is not usually visualized. It is best to wait till 6-7 weeks for an ultrasound scan to visualize the fetal heart beat.

Also, the report i attached was tested about 4 days back. Are the levels too low for 4-5 weeks?

The levels are low.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The levels are too low for 4-5 weeks of healthy pregnancy.
At these levels it is difficult to detect a gestational sac.
Hope my answer is helpful.
