Brief Answer:
Upper right abdomen

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to hcm. Gallbladder colics are in most cases felt in right upper abdomen under the right rib arch. This is felt as dull colicky pain usually aggravated by digestion of fats. Pain in left or periumbilical area is rarely associated with gallblader stones. This is more. likely to be gastritis, or intestinal colics caused by trapped air, food allergy or bowel inflammation. Wish you good health.Regards
