Brief Answer:
Sevesta would be better

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..

Triqular is estrogen progesterone combination pill which should be taken daily and not recommended for long term use due to the hormonal side effects..

Sevesta is centchroman which has antiestrogenic property.. No hormones as such in this tablet.. Weeky twice would be sufficient for 12 weeks followed by weekly once.. This is preferred for women who wants long term contraception.. Moreover it is user friendly due to weekly twice use..

Failure rate is same in both the pills.. That is 0.3%.. So I would suggest to use centchroman (Sevesta)..

Hope i have answered your query.. Feel free to ask any doubts.. Good day..
