Brief Answer:
Body mass Index (BMI) and family history of diabetes is important.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

In such a situation I may suggest following-
- Detailed history taking including family history of diabetes and diet history.
- Investigations-
HbA1c
Lipid Profile.
- Detailed physical examination including Blood Pressure measurement and Body mass index calculation.

Depending upon all of above Use of Metformin may be suggested.
Metformin act on decreasing insulin resistance which is responsible for development of diabetes.

Along with this Diabetic diet and regular physical exercise (as you are following) should be continued.
Continue olmesartan and Revital H as before.

Hope this helps you.

Brief Answer:
Revital h is a nutritional supplement.

Detailed Answer:
Revital h is nutritional supplement containing vitamins and minerals.
It can be continued it may help in correcting micro deficiencies and improve feeling of general well-being.
It do not have direct effect on blood sugar control.
I never came across any case of duplicate Revital h.
Buying medicine from certified pharmacy may remove chances of duplicate medicines.

Hope this helps you.

Brief Answer:
Go to ER.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,

Imbalance while walking may be early sign of stroke (Paralytic attack) which may be due to brain injury.

Patients with diabetes and blood pressure issues are more prone to develop such problems with blood supply to brain.

There is a need for detailed neurological examination.
Please consult Neurophysician immediately.

Hope this helps you.

Wish you good health.
Regards
