Is Endura Mass Safe And Does It Have Any Side Effects?

Question: Hello doctor I am XXXX 25 years old..planning to take endura mass to gain weight could you please let me know whether endura mass is safe and possible side effects...my current weight is 53 kg height 6 feet...thanks if endura mass is not safe pls suggest me some good powder to gain weight...

Thanks for contacting with your health concerns and before suggesting the same do let me know about:

1. Your lifestyle pattern (whether active or sedentary)?
2. Any associated blood sugar,high cholesterol,underactive thyroid problem?
3. Going by your height (6 feet) your weight should beideally between 67-83 Kg but since it is 53 it means you are behind your height.
4. Do revert back with above mentioned points.

PS.
. Unless you are allergic to any of the ingredient, there is no known Side effect of the product. ( take nutritious diet along with it)

. Exercise regularly for muscle mass also and since the ingredients in it require 3-4 hours to digest thus do not take it at night, morning is ideal.

I work for company so no active lifestyle...don't have any problems mentioned in 2 nd point...yes I am underweight hence please suggest me some good no side effect ayurvedic nutrition powder...

1. First deworming is essential thus
make powder of raw XXXXXXX seed 250 mg with yogurt/water in morning for 3 days (empty stomach)

2. Avoid: cucumber,long cucumber,raw fruits,potato,meat,sugar,sour foods,jaggery, clarified butter

3. Take: old brown rice,green gram, fresh green vegetables,banana,pomegranate, garlic,ginger,raisins,black pepper,regular brushing of teeth and tongue cleaning, bathing,lemon,salt,mint,morning walk.

4. Encourage outdoor games: running, swimming,Yofasans XXXXXXX namaskar.

5. Take Vitamin A,B,C,E in diet which helps in strengthening the immune system.

6. Syrup Livomyn 2tsf thrice a day (half hour after meals)
