Brief Answer:
Half life is 5 to 7 hours.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic!

The half-life of gabapentin is 5 to 7 hours. So, if you took the last dose on Friday morning, I expect all the side effects to be gone by Sunday. You need not take any other drug to aid in the elimination of gabapentin from the body. Avoid worrying about this as worry and stress worsen erectile dysfunction.

I hope you have a good weekend. Please feel free to ask in case you need any clarifications.

Best wishes.
