Question: My weight is 142 kg and I am close to 35 years completed. Having now a days back pain started due to obesity. Please help to how to start my diet / walking / exercise to reduce my wait. I have failed more than 100 time for this

Get your thyroid profile checked if not done already.
Giving you a diet plan is meaningless and hence I am skipping it.
Unless you control your weight, there can be no control over the backache. Hot compress may give you some relief.
Obesity is a lifestyle disease and only you yourself can control it.
Electrical muscle stimulation therapy which is available at many slimming centres, should be helpful for you. Go for inch reduction plans rather than weight reduction plans.
