Hair fall can be due to number of reasons.
I would like to know the following details :
1) for how long you are having hair fall?
2) how about your hemoglobin levels?
3) how is your thyroid profile?
4) what kind of hair fall you are having meaning is it diffuse or patchy ?
5) any history of recent illness in past 6 months ?

I will also advice you to put a pic of the scalp with hair loss so that I can actually see what kind of hair loss you are having.
