Question: what is the best way to cleanse your lymphatic system.. i recently went to tijuana and a doctor told me that all my systems were of lymphatic congestion..

1. Food allergies is the most common cause for lymphatic congestion. Avoid food you are allergic to.

2. Drink plenty of water. Avoid in nights, as it can disturb sleep.

3. Good amount of exercise, it will keep both your lymph and blood flowing well. Try aerobics, cycling and swimming.

4. Fiber rich diet including raw vegetables and fruits are very helpful in reducing lymphatic congestion. Take multiple small meals with high fiber diet.

5. You can also try breathing exercises like pranayama, it is very helpful.

6. Avoid or reduce stress

7. Reduce intake of sugars and salts (mostly processed foods).

so what your saying is i'm overly mineralized. and completely removing salt from my body is the answer. because i doc crave salt alot

I am sorry that you got confused. I wanted to explain you that treatment with cell salts, will cause more minerals in body, causing water retention. It should be avoided in present situation. You can continue with other therapies as suggested earlier.

You cannot remove salts completely as salts are necessary to maintain fluid in our body. If excessive, it can cause water retention and further complications.

If you have a craving for salt and you take it excessively, it could explain your water retention. You need to cut down and get to minimal salt. Increased salts intake could lead to hypertension, coronary heart disease and multiple organ damage. Keep you salt intake to minimal.
