Brief Answer:
unlikely to get pregnant now, need not take morning after pill.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
The doubt can very well be cleared by a blood based serum beta hcg test which if negative shall rule out pregnancy and shall deem the delay to stress induced hormonal imbalance. If the hcg levels are less than 3IU or 5ng/dl then you are not pregnant.
Secondly, regarding delayed ovulation one needs an ultrasound transvaginal to look for ovulation status and follicles in varies and presence of corpus luteum, which if present shall indicate that you have already ovulated and not in your fertile period at all if this is to be a case of delayed ovulation. If your previous cycles have been regular, then its not delayed ovulation at all and you are likely to be safe from pregnancy with your sexual encounter yesterday night and need not take a morning after pill, as you are sensitive to hormones exogenously administered.
So please follow the advise and get an ultrasound and beta hcgtest done.
Regards
