Brief Answer:
Perimenopausal changes likely

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You seem to be having perimenopausal hormonal changes which lead to delay in the periods initially for a few years and gradually the periods stop.

However, I'd suggest you get a thyroid function test and serum Prolactin levels to rule out these hormonal disturbances as a cause of delayed periods.

If these are normal, then there is nothing to worry, as the this is the normal perimenopausal pattern.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Feel free to ask further.
