Hi Dr. XXXXXXX

thanks for your prompt response.

The physio seems to be having a good effect, I can sit for prolonged periods and also started doing my football warmups as recommended by the Doctor who was in charge of my case in XXXXXXX Apollo. Initially I used to have acute pain in the lower left of my backbone. during physio sessions, the doctor used to force and press with her fingers till the pain went. I did not get any spinal imaging done as the doctor did not feel any need for it. of late, I get infrequent pains in the lower left of my backbone, but apart from it, I am able to walk, run, carry a backpack and climb. the last time I consulted the doctor, they asked me to increase the sodium content in my meals, as they felt I ate too much of meat content and less vegetables.

Brief Answer:
Keep on doing dedicated exercises. It will help in long run.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

It seems that you are responding well to physiotherapy.I suggest you to continue the good work by doing regular exercises. These will be of benefit to your spine in the long run.

However,if the symptoms increase anytime,a follow-up spine MRI may be done.

If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
