Question: Dr Nikul had suggested to take
XXXXXXX Vasanat XXXXXXX ras 1 tab twice a day with honey.
How to take the tablet with honey? Should i mix honey in water and take or crush the tablet and mix with honey and take.

1. Since XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Malti Ras contains 'Bhasma' in purified form, you should take it under medical supervision for any untoward side effects.
2. The Medicine should be taken after food to avoid any gastritis/gastric irritation.
3. Since it is traditionally administered with Honey, thus take/swallow this medicine as whole, avoid chewing or crushing, it is also used as an 'ANUPAN' [vehicle] along with medicines to improve their efficacy or to mitigate the side effects of the other medicines it is mixed wit

In Ayurveda apart from: Parad [mercury], visha [poison], Pipalli [piper longum], & Hirak [diamond] we consider XXXXXXX [honey] as "YOGVAHI" i.e. which when combined with the substance acquires properties of that substance,[ without changing its own properties, honey carries the effects of the drugs added to it. It means it enhances the properties and actions of the substances with which it combines]

thanks doctor. I take 1 glass warm water in the morning with half spoon honey, cinnamon and half lemon, is it ok.
