Is Rejuvenation Of Damaged Brain Cells Possible In A Child?

Rejuvenation of Damaged Brain Cells A 3 year only girl had meningitis at the age of 6 months leading to damage of brain cells, loss of vision and deafness. I want to find out if anything can be done to improve on her health condition. If yes, where should the parents start?
