Brief Answer:
It involves face

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Stevens XXXXXXX syndrome is diagnosed clinically based on skin lesions.
It mainly involves face and genitals.
The skin of involved areas is tender to touch and peels off easily.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.

It is not looking like Stevens XXXXXXX
Probably you have developed rosaceae.
Capsule doxycycline and metronidazole cream should help you.
Please discuss with your doctor regarding this.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.

Taper it

Detailed Answer:
Hello
You need to taper down steroid.
For example If you are taking 30 mg daily, make it 20 mg for 3 days and then 10 mg for 3 days and finally stop.
