Welcome back and thanks for posting your further concern.
I am quite fine either all your good wishes and reciprocate the same.
For the part of hyaluronic acid preparation I suggest my patients to apply Hyalugel hyaluronic acid gel. Though there are mutiple of preparations but this one is quite economical as well as effective too.
This is to be be applied at night time for initial one week and then if there is no redness or irritation then could be applied for two times. Though commonly it doesn't cause any irritation in most of the patients.
This is to be applied very thinly in such a manner that a pea size amount is sufficient for palm size area.

Welcome back and thanks for posting your further queries. I beg your pardon for replying bit late.
For the part of various queries regarding hyaluronic acid : it is basically a chemical compound which holds up to 1000 times its molecular weight in water. Hyaluronic acid penetrates the skin and binds skin cells to water, infusing all layers of the skin with valuable, rejuvenating moisture. This is the main action bt which it causes smoother appearance of the skin as well as the tighter appearance of the skin.
By it's hygroscopic property it has the tendency to absorb water from moisture and maintain a skin barrier to produce a better smoother look.
I have already guided you for other of the products such as Tretinoin and rest that these actually help in collagen regeneration with similar such actions.
Though there are innumerable products but most of these are very costly. So in my clinical practice I prefer to start with dimple one. That's why I start with Hyalugel basically as my starting regimen.

Thanks for the explanation and i came across the following review so was concerned whether how should i go about it
Hyaluronic acid molecules are simply TOO BIG to pass through the epidermis( which is why it is injected into the skin). So when you put it on topically it's a misconception that it's all going into the skin. What is actually does is that,it forms a barrier on your skin and gives a soft moisturizing effect that makes skin smoother 'diminishing the 'appearance' of line BUT it doesn't eliminate wrinkles. HA draws moisture from the air to plump up your skin temporarily. Long term use of HA can lead to extremely dry and scaly skin which accelerates the aging process. So, then what's the purpose of incorporating tropical hyaluronic acid into your daily skincare regime when it could wreck your skin in the long run
Is there anything you would like to say about the above review?
You told me how HA works , does it helps in collagen production too ?
Is it ok to put a band aid (i think it holds skin together) after aplying medicines or its like blocking the skin healing process?

As I guided you that hyaluronic acid basically has hygroscopic property so causing superficial smoothening.
When applied topically it can superficially penetrates the skin and produce it's effect. It basically depends upon the quality of products.
We basically infuse the hyaluronic acid fillers to ge the filling of aging lines. But now with the advancement of the techniques there are good topical preparations which gives result in 2 weeks also. It all depends upon the quality of products.
In my own clinical experience I have not seen any side effects of the hyaluronic acid preparation or its products in any of my patients. The side effects of dryness or more visibility of aging lines are not seen in my set of patients.
I don't recommend application of band aid as there is no additional advantage of the same. Hyaluronic acid doesn't have any direct effect on collagen production. Also it doesn't hamper with healing process of the skin.

You had told me the way various medicine work .. Adding to that I just want to know which would be better option to go for skin smoothing HA or collagen production medicine like opexa/retino for my case?
