Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.

Child birth is very safe these days with recent medical Advancement and upgradation in quality of medical care.

I have conducted many deliveries in my practice in which females have delivered 4 or 5th child. Most of them were uneventful and the ladies are doing well.

Since you have had normal deliveries in past and do not have any medical illnesses alongside, there is no reason for any complications to arise during child birth this time.

Just follow your doctor's advice sincerely and everything will go well.

Hope I am am able to address your fears.

I wish good health and a safe delivery.
Thanks.
