Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Trouble finding words is a broad symptom and it could be due to many causes. Simply depression, insomnia and apathy can cause this. Many neurological causes are there like dementia which has many types on its own. XXXXXXX strokes in parietal region of the brain affecting wernick's area can also cause it. Early alzheimers need to be considered.

To evaluate all this , you need complete neurological history, physical examination, work up and MRI scans and then proceed accordingly. Please consult a local neurologist and let them run some tests to rule out the possible cause for this speech difficulty.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards XXXXXXX
