Brief Answer:
You can have both.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns ,
I have seen all the attached reports. Since your vitamin D3 levels are low in the blood test you need an extra supplementation of vitamin D3. You can have both the medicines simultaneously. You can take D rise 2000IU at bedtime preferably with milk. Ovacet and Vitamin E are supplements and can be taken after breakfast.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

Brief Answer:
You can take ovacet twice in a day.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
You can take ovacet twice in a day. Take ovacet after meals and D-rise at bed time with milk at least half an hour after taking ovacet.
Hope my answer is helpful.
