Cramps can be due to many reasons. It may happen in normal people with unaccostmed exercises, electrolyte imbalance like low sodium/potassium/calcium in blood, thyroid problem, etc. Rasrely it can be due to neurological problem. If you do not have any weakness of leg, then you do not have to worry
