Having Panic Attacks. Treatment?

Question: I am having panic attacks today (milder ones yesterday) I can't seem to get a grip

Thanks for posting your query.

You are already taking antianxiety medicines for the panic attacks and they may need dose adjustment if the panic attacks continue. However you can also benefit from cognitive behavior therapy for which you should consult a psychiatrist.

Apart from that, follow these lifestyle emasures for a relief from symptoms:
1)     Avoid tea, coffee and alcohol as they can worsen panic attacks.
2)     Indulge in aerobic exercise and stress-management techniques like XXXXXXX breathing, massage therapy and yoga.
3)     When you have such kind of symptoms, Breathe slowly through the nose using the diaphragm and abdomen. Do not breathe through the mouth.
4)     Also take vit B supplements for some days.It might help.
