Question: Hello Doc,
I am XXXXX.I am from Kolkata,India.I am 25 years old. I have a serious problem of less facial hair growth.Also I have very very less chest hair.I am really feeling down these days.I want a permanent treatment.Please suggest.

Hello XXXXX,
Less facial hair and chest hair are indicative of testosterone insensitivity.

Please get the following tests done,
1. Free as well as bound testosterone.
2. SHBG levels
3. Get a biopsy done to find out whether hair follicles are existing in these areas.

The above tests can lead to a diagnosis on the basis of which treatment can be done.
