Had Sex And Took Unwanted 72. Having Lower Back Pain, Sore Breasts And Nipples. Blood In Vagina And Brownish Discharge. Pregnant?
Question: i'm 22 year old..i had sex with my boyfriend on 30 may..then on 3rd XXXXXXX .he did not come inside me but ejaculated outside on me..and we washed cleanly after that..we had sex on 5 XXXXXXX again nd it was also unprotected,though we washed again..i took unwanted 72 on 7th XXXXXXX but had unprotected sex again on 8th night..after that i started feeling problems like lower back pain,sore breasts and nipples for almost a month,excess white discharge and i got tired a lot..i got a very light period on 27 XXXXXXX which lasted for 3 days. the bleeding was with very less clots on starting 2 days but a little thick clot on 3rd day. i thought it was an period. on 11 july i found bood inside my vagina..and brown discharge. i havnt got my periods yet.my stomach has got kind of swollen nd i feel short of breath.i feel menstrual pain but no period yet. i had my last periods on 27 may.i had taken many home pregnancy test but all negative. my one ovary was removed when i was 7 yrs. my query is:
1. can i be pregnant?
2. was that period or implantation bleeding which i had on 27 june?
3. my bf never ejaculated inside me, so can i get pregnant because of the precum?
4. i had sex with my ex a month ago after having sex with my present bf,is the delay related to it?
5. why i'm gaining weight on my stomach area? i feel like i'm 2 month pregnant.
6. when will i get my periods?

1. can i be pregnant? Home pregnancy test is 99% sensitive. Since your pregnancy test is negative, less likely you are pregnant.
2. was that period or implantation bleeding which i had on 27 June? No, it was not an implantation bleeding. It was your monthly period.
3. my bf never ejaculated inside me, so can i get pregnant because of the precum? Precum also contains sperms. So there is a rare chance of pregnancy with precum as well.
4. i had sex with my ex a month ago after having sex with my present bf,is the delay related to it? can you please specify exactly when was the intercourse with your ex?
5. why i'm gaining weight on my stomach area? i feel like i'm 2 month pregnant.
It is due to excess progesterone hormonal levels in the body. Progesterone increases in second half of the cycle. It will reduce as soon as your periods starts.
6.when will i get my periods? You will get your periods in a couple of weeks.
I have following suggestion for you.
1. Get a transvaginal scan as early as possible. It will detect cause of vaginal spotting and identifies early pregnancy as well.
2. What was the histopathological report of the ovarian cyst which was removed at 7 years of age?

Ans: Not always. You may experience bleeding anytime till 4 weeks after receiving the medication.
