Brief Answer:
High cholesterol and probably diabetic

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have gone through the report you have attached.

Based on the same I consider you at risk of cardiac diseases.

Cholesterol in you is out of range, though by a narrow difference. I would recommend strict low fat, low carbohydrate diet. A good regular exercise is also mandatory, I suggest you to plan on the same. After these interventions do get your Cholesterol checked every 6 months once to be sure its under control.

The sugar level and the HBA1C levels are too out of range. If you are not a diagnosed diabetic, I would suggest you to get further investigated to rule out diabetes in you. Do get a test called GTT (Glucose tolerance test), this test helps to confirm the diagnosis of diabetes in you. For this you may have to consult an Endocrinologist.

Rest of the reports are within normal limits.

Hope, I answered your query.
