Done Semen Analysis, Shows Oligospermia. Any Further Tests To Be Done?

Question: sir i have done my semen analysis, iam 28 yrs old, unmarried, report is qty- 4ml, pH-8.0, viscosity increased, liquefaction delayed, reaction alkaline, colour - creamy white, wet mount study- sperms are clearly seeen, count-26.2million/ml, wbc's- 12-14/hpf, rbc's - 4-6 /hpf, no EP cells, motility - grade 4, morphology is normal- 85%, abnormal 15%, ( stunted-2%, thicked necked -3%, headless-3%, short tail- 2%, round headed 2%, steeple headed 1%, amarphous headed- 2%). the final impression states mild oligospermia...i have read on internet that the result means pyospermia too....i am very worried. kindly suggest if any further test need to be done or any medications needed currently. thank you.

Thanks for query to XXXXXXX Kindly DO SEMEN CULTURE and u may need antibiotics if there is infection.
Normally for unmarried men, semen analysis is not recommended. May I know why it was suggested?
Once the infection is treated, count may improve. Other parameters are normal.
Also interpreting a single analysis report is not advisable, if at all done,needs comparison with multiple reports.

thank you sir, actually there was no suggestion for semen analysis. i have been a regular sperm donor for the last 3 years. this time i donated after almost 1 yr gap and they did analysis and said that count is a little low and wbc's are high so i was worried. also i have had 2 exposures to unprotected sex in the last 6 months. i shall do semen culture and inform you the report over the coming week if atthank you sir. all anything needs to be done.

I am surprised that a person like u who is so well informed about health care and sperm donation had unprotected sex.
Kindly take care of yourself, have a stable partner/get married or at-least protect yourself with a condom.
