General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Surgical correction in the form of testicular vein ligation(TV ligation) is required. Consult a general surgeon and he will direct you accordingly. Nothing much to worry as it is a simple procedure and can be done in OP basis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family physician
