In your last response, you named a Biotin product, Perfectil Original Triple Active in capsules. Where are they available? Should I go to Earth Fare, Whole Foods, Costco, Rite Aid or is it a prescription I should ask her for in the morning???

Well, the product I advised for is not a prescription drug. It is available over the counter and thanks to my PA Miss XXXXXXX as she has searched the cheapest online price for you.

Taking too longer of FLONASE can cause rebound phenomenon and the reason you are taking it for will be the side effect of this drug. So, I appreciate that you mentioned your drugs and Miss. XXXXXXX I suggest to stop taking it anymore. You may take FEXOFENADINE if ever you feel allergic symptoms.
Keep in your room a warm mist vaporizer with vicks vapopad in it (available at: http://www.YYYY.com/ip/0000?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&adid=0000&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=c&wl3=0000&wl4=&wl5=pla&wl6=0000&veh=sem).
Do lukewarm saline gargles and nasal douches many times a day. It will reduce the need for corticosteroid nasal sprays. I believe you should also get a thorough evaluation from an Otorhinolaryngologist for any nasal septal deviation defect or nasal polyps that may cause recurrent allergic and cold symptoms.

Is there anything else that comes to your mind, that could possibly best related to the hair loss, that hasn't been covered???

Ask your Physician to go for Comprehensive Metabolic Panel and all other baseline testing. Vit. D levels are a must too. Others you need at this age are Vit. B12 levels.
Also ask your Physician if you need a Flu shot right away. If B12 shots are needed, go for them and don't hesitate about that. Serum electrolytes are also needed to be checked and they come in baseline tests.
