Question: Dr. Hanif,

It's your XXXXXXX S.C, Inquisitor, again!!! Your recommendations are so much appreciated, I plan to fulfill them tomorrow, after my Dr.'s appt.! I have another question about that first, though. In your last response, you named a Biotin product, Perfectil Original Triple Active in capsules. Where are they available? Should I go to Earth Fare, Whole Foods, Costco, Rite Aid or is it a prescription I should ask her for in the morning???

Don't think you are finished with me...YET! I've got a few more questions concerning Essential oils, vitamins & minerals that are really upsetting my little world and I'd love to be able to put-them-to-rest Before my trip to Arizona to see a girlfriend in May and...
something tells me that you will have the answers!

My appt. with my GP is at 11:00a.m. ( so leaving by 10:15,

HOPE TO HERE FROM YOU BY THEN,
How Brazen is THAT? Telling my doctor I need to here from him by a certain time?
Mom always said I was born talking & never shot up!

I learned few new words, the way how to smile living with all the calamities of life, from you and I like the way you conversate. Your courage and struggle in past is all appreciable. It is nice talking and helping you. I never mind your queries so don't hesitate to put in anytime. No matter what is the new topic of the new query from your side. Just address me with my new in a new query and I will shortly be with you.

Taking too longer of FLONASE can cause rebound phenomenon and the reason you are taking it for will be the side effect of this drug. So, I appreciate that you mentioned your drugs and Miss. XXXXXXX I suggest to stop taking it anymore. You may take FEXOFENADINE if ever you feel allergic symptoms.

Keep in your room a warm mist vaporizer with vicks vapopad in it (available at: http://www.YYYY.com/ip/0000?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&adid=0000&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=c&wl3=0000&wl4=&wl5=pla&wl6=0000&veh=sem).

Do lukewarm saline gargles and nasal douches many times a day. It will reduce the need for corticosteroid nasal sprays. I believe you should also get a thorough evaluation from an Otorhinolaryngologist for any nasal septal deviation defect or nasal polyps that may cause recurrent allergic and cold symptoms.

Hope I addressed all the concerns you have. Let me know if you have further questions. I will be more than happy to clear any doubts. Please give your 'rating' (if agreed, Five Stars) to help me assist patients in a better way; and, please don't forget to click on 'Close The Discussion'.
For any disease you have, a timely follow-up is necessary regarding the treatment efficacy and to see if there is a need to change treatment options. So keep a follow up to see how you doing (Always write down my name in start of your questions at this forum & I will be with you in no time).

Brief Answer:
You need a thorough baseline examination and diagnostics!

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back and I am thankful for all the appreciations from your side.

Ask your Physician to go for Comprehensive Metabolic Panel and all other baseline testing. Vit. D levels are a must too. Others you need at this age are Vit. B12 levels.

Also ask your Physician if you need a Flu shot right away. If B12 shots are needed, go for them and don't hesitate about that. Serum electrolytes are also needed to be checked and they come in baseline tests.

Hope it helps. Let me know please if you need further assistance. I am at your disposal all the time. Click Close The Discussion any add your precious Comments/Feedback. I pray for the best times ahead for you. Drive safe to the Physician.
