Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

I understand that you are worried and having a lot of doubts regarding your sexual health. I have provided the answers to all your questions and doubts.

1) Masturbation (self stimulation / ejaculation) is considered as a normal sexual behaviour and it does not result in any health problems. It will not affect your sexual health or post-marriage sexual life. So, relax, you need not worry about this at all.

2) You are a 27 year-old male without any known medical problems. So, your sperm count should be presumed to be normal. If you are worried about this and want to have it checked, then I would suggest that you have a Semen Analysis done in order to confirm this.

3) Many young men become very anxious before marriage and start worrying whether they will be able to satisfy their partner or not. So, this is a very common problem faced by most men. I would advise you not to worry unecessarily about this. Only if you become anxious and fearful, it will affect your sexual performance. So, stay relaxed and stop worrying about your 'sexual performance' only. Focus on developing a good relationship and understanding with your partner and your sexual performance will automatically be fine.

4) Try to have a healthy diet and exercise rgularly. Avoid alcohol, smoking or taking caffeinated beverages. You can also try yoga to help you overcome your anxiety and to improve your overall health.

5) The decision about when to have a child will have to be decided both both the partners. So, you can discuss this openly with your partner and come to a mutual decision. From the health point of view, there is no restriction even if you want to have a child as soon as you get married.

6) Regarding diet, I would recommend that you have a diet which is healthy and balanced. Include more of almonds, cashews, dry fruits, green vegetables, carrots and citrus fruits. Avoid fatty foods, spicy foods and red meat. You can also take a multivitamin plus zinc supplement everyday (Tablet Zincovit).

7) If you want to have a complete evaluation, including some tests like Semen Alanlysis, then you can consult a Sexologist. But this is not essential or compulsory.

8) Regarding penis size, it is normal for the penis to be small when it is not erect and increase in size when you are in a sexual mood or sexually stimulated. Also, note that penis size does not have any significant impact on your sexual performance. So, you don't have to worry about this aspect also.

9) Overweight can sometimes affect sexual performance. So, I would advise you to gradually reduce your weight by using a combination of diet control and regular exercise. Remember, any drastic weight reduction is also not good for your health. So, you will have to do this gradually.

I hope I have clarified your doubts and queries.

Wish you all the best.

I have clarified your doubts...

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

You can take about 8-10 numbers of these nuts (mixed) per day.

Take at least one of these fruits per day (rich in Vitamin C) - orange, sweet lime guava, etc.

Take lots of raw vegetable salads.

Take atleast two glasses of milk per day.

Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water per day.

Exercise atleast 20-30 minutes per day.

Tablet Zincovit has to be taken once a day, in the morning, after breakfast.

It is okay to take the Amway supplement.

Brief Answer:
Diet plan suggested...

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

In my opinion, it is not a good idea to take only fruits for both breakfast and dinner. It may be okay to take only fruits for one meal, but not for two meals. Now, regarding the weight reduction plan, firstly decide on a target on how much weight you want to lose. A reasonable and practical target would be 10 % of your current body weight. Overenthusiastic efforts initially and later on losing motivation will not help. Moreover, sudden excessive weight loss is also not good for your health. So, the first step is to set a healthy weight loss target.

The second step is planning your diet. Remember, diet control is not just about how much food you restrict, rather its about how many calories you cut down. Rather than merely reducing the quantity of your intake, try taking more proportions of low carbohydrate, high fibre foods and avoid the high calorie foods.

Vegetables — Avoid vegetables that have high carbohydrate content like potatoes, peas, corns, carrots, beetroot, etc) Take more of vegetables which have more water or fibre content like cauliflower, cucumber, beans, greens, pumpkin, etc.

Fruits — Choose watery fruits like oranges, sweetlime, watermelon and papaya. Avoid dense fruits like bananas, pears, apples, pineapple, dried fruits, etc.

Cereals - Take rice for only one meal a day and substitute it with chappatis, whole wheat bread, raggi, oats, etc.

Drinks - Take skimmed milk, buttermilk and lime juice. Avoid carbonated drinks, milk shakes and fruit juices (you can eat a portion of raw fruits for one meal).

If you are a non-vegetarian, you can take more of fish and avoid red meat. Eat the white of the egg and avoid the yolk. Try to cook boiled or baked preparations and avoid deep fried or oily preparations.

Strictly avoid fast foods, any deep fried foods, sweet foods and carbonated drinks.

Follow a stricter timings for your meals and avoid time delays. Delaying your meals increases the stomach acid secretions, which will further increase your hunger levels and make you end up eating more than you intend.

Another important step in a successful weight loss program is exercise - this is quite often overlooked. Make a schedule of what time and how long you are going to exercise everyday. Simple aerobic exercises like brisk walking, cycling, skipping, etc. will not only help in reducing weight but also is good for the heart.

Finally, keep monitoring your progress regularly (for example, checking your weight every week). This will not only keep you in track in your weight loss plan, but will also prevent you from losing motivation. Moreover, once you start seeing results, then that itself will be a motivating factor.

Wish you all the best.
