Her new teeths are not coming in proper direction . its kind of zig -zag . since childhood she has cavity problem in her teeth though she doing brush twice a day . So just wondering if that's something due to lack of calcium .

Brief Answer:
You can give Calcium supplements after checking

Detailed Answer:
Hi...you can give Calcium supplements after checking.

Abnormal dentition could be due to the old caries teeth

I suggest you get these done -

1. Serum total Calcium level
2. Ionised Calcium level
3. Serum vitamin D level

Rather than using chewable Calcium supplements which do not provide adequate required daily as allowances, it is better to use oral Calcium supplements as syrup formulation.

I suggest you get back to me with above reports as and I will guide you further.

Regards - Dr. Sumanth
