Brief Answer:
Correct treatment to start with.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Male/44 - GB removed 25/12/2014 - Loose motions in a gap of 15-20 days - consulted Gastroenterologist - prescribed Obid-Oz (Oflox and Ornidazole), Alwel (please tell the composition for me to confirm whether Escitalopram or a multivitamin), Ibiscim and Nutec Syp..

Given the symptoms that you have suggested this is the first baseline treatment and is correct, please take and see the results.

Please insist on the following tests:
stool test for 3 consecutive days.
Tests of blood and urine,
Ultrasonogrpahy and CT scan of the abdomen if required,
Colonocsopy.

These tests help to confirm diagnosis or to rule out organic lesion.
If all the tests are normal, IBS may be the most probable diagnosis.
You have to make a list of the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance loose stools and stop them altogether.
Control the stress and /or anxiety if you are prone to it.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries.

regards
