Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant and has sedative properties. It can itself cause dizziness.

For tinnitus, symptomatic treatment with prochlorperazine or cinnarizine or betahistine hydrochloride are much better options.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
