Brief Answer:
Thyroxine supplementation needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Your TSH levels are in higher range and thus you need thyroxine supplementation in dose of 25 ug daily in morning empty stomach.
You can discuss this with your endocrinologist if you feel like.
It is very important to have normal thyroid hormone levels in pregnancy for proper growth and development of the baby and placenta.
All the best.

Brief Answer:
No problem

Detailed Answer:
You should now start taking thyroxine as advised and take it regularly without missing.
It is an essential hormone and its deficiency if not compensated can cause growth retardation and low IQ in baby so take it daily from now on.
As the levels are only mildly raised so most likely there won't be much problem with the baby in case she starts treatment now
