Question: my wife and I had a session where she was masturbating me and I received friction burns on my penis, a few days later I found some white mass below my glans and has been recurring. looks like smegma but much thicker

Based on the facts that you have posted white mass below glans penis is mostly a collection of smegma The friction burn due to rough handling of your penis while masturbating has resulted in to producing excessive secretions of mucus from glans penis which has dried up there to form a lump .

You need to wash your genital gently and wipe out all smegma and apply Neossporin ointment locally .

Take antibiotic like Augmentin and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

It should get cured within a week .
