Question: Can you get a hemorrhoid months after having anal sex just asking cause its been like 3 or 4 months since me and my bf had anal sex and just yesterday a hemorrhoid appeared but this appeared 3 or 4 months after we had anal sex

Theres pain and its inflammed and its a small lump outside my anuse and i would only be 6 weeks and 3 days pregnante

Now i also have ibs and i have been having alot of contapation latley but i have never gotten a hemorrhoid due to my ibs which i have had for 6 yrs now but could this hemorriod be due to it even thought ive never had a hemorrhoid before due to my ibs
