Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

You are reporting to have high readings of SGPT today of 124.2, which is indicative for a possible liver reaction (inflammation) due to:
- alcohol use a day prior to testing
- supplement (Vigex plus) you have started to use.
- other medications you might be using recently.

I advise to stop:
- taking Vigex plus
- drinking alcohol

and to follow a healthy diet regimen. Increase physical activity is also advised. You should repeat testing 6 weeks after implementing the changes together with abdominal ultrasound to evaluate your liver and gallbladder issues.

Hope it was of help!
