Brief Answer:
yes it can cause trigger finger

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied this can it is true. Letrozole can cause trigger finger. This occurs as Letrozole causes tendopathy and it leads to constriction of tendon and it results in trigger finger.
I hope that after surgery your finger is working fine. Some time in early stage steroid injection can also be given for treating this condition.
thanks
