Question: Can Keflex antibiotic be taken with Carvediol, Losartin and Plavix?

Also take Metformin, Lipitor and Sertraline.

Hello,

you can take keflex without any anticipated problems. If metformin dosage is the highest (2500mg per day) keflex may (potentially) cause side effects by increasing metformin's concentration. If it is, then lowering it a bit is recommended for a few days. Please note that there are no such reported side effects that I've read about, so this is a just a preventive measure.
