Does Hem Clear Have Negative Impact On ITP?
Question: I have internal Hemerriods from Radiation treatments for prostate cancer. I have been taking Hem Clear herbal
and it has helped. I also have ITP my question does taking Hem Clear have any negitive on my ITP low platelets

This is herbal product and its ingredients dont have any effect on hemathopoesis and thrombocitopoesis as well as on other importnatn processes in our body. So if taken in recommended dosage, it cant have bad effect.
But its efficiency against hemorrhoids is doubtful and in most people it will help just slightly or not at all and you should not expect some miracle results.
Creams and capsules may help,but best treatment for hemorrhoids is surgical removal and if you want permanent solution than consult proctologist.

I also have varing degrees of pain when i urinate. No infection or any abnormal finding from urinalysis. Dr. says as long as I can urinate and have no blood present .
Don't worry! I had this problem after Radiation 2 years ago. Now it has returned. Also minor blood form Hemorrhoids at times. Could the rectal irritation be partly causing the urinary pain?
one last question! I have a small umbilical hernia about 3/4 in. long . no pain had it for years. How dangerous is it. My two brothers ,Dad & Mom all had them . my Dad is 95 and still has his unrepaired.

Burning paun durng uriantion can be sign of uroinfection or kidney stones but also it can occur due to urethral irritation or allergy and sometimes no obvious cause is found, but in people who underwent radiotherapy, there is fibrosis and certain damage of prostate and urethra so such pain is not inusual. clear urine is good sign and you should not worry till there is no pathologic result in urine.
