Brief Answer:
Trye but not for PCOs, 3 cycles if failure then reassessment

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Clome or clomid is clomiphene and is a selective estrogen receptor modulator. What you are taking is standard dose and is usual practice in infertilities caused by PCOS. And you are also right regarding multiple parity chances with clomiphene. But with PCOS it is very less likely. Even with combination of oral contraceptives, regular exercise and many other precauionary measures , if you want to conceive you have to treat PCOS and PCOS can not be treated with out getting the weight back on track.

One can go for 3 cycles of clomid therapy and if failed then needs reassessment and options like electrocautery and laser drilling are offered. PCOS can be a challenge and takes years to resolve. So you would have to be patient.

Meanwhile do exercise, modify diet and lifestyle, avoid sweets, consider yourself a diabetic and follow ADA diet. Increase fiber; decreased refined carbohydrates, trans fats, and saturated fats; and increased omega-3 and omega-9 fatty acids. Get all your hormones tested including thyroid hormones.

Nutshell there is no fertility or conception with out periods regularity and there is no regularity with PCOS and there is no PCOS correction no matter what you take unless you lose weight. So start losing it, sign up to FDA approved program,s tay compliant to the medication and hope for the best.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
