Brief Answer:
Can be taken togther 30 min after meals.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I have read your query in detail. I understand your concern.

As far as your question is concerned, both the medications can be taken together, and should be taken after 30 minutes of taking meals for a better absorption. But if he gets acidity after taking the medications, these medications can be taken with meals.
Now, i must tell you that, a patient with Chronic Kidney disease requires Erythropoetin to build his hemoglobin.
Moreover, it is important to see for the cause of kidney dysfunction.

I would like to know following details:
1. Since when is he suffering from this?
2. What problems he had actually?
3. What is his Blood Pressure?
4. How much is he passing urine?
5. Any swelling on his body?
6. Please also attach his Ultrasound Report (i have seen the reports you have attached)

This is my best opinion for you based on available details. If you have any further query please ask me and revert with the answers of the questions preferably in point wise manner.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
Get him Kidney Transplant

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
He is a young male and after reviewing the reports patient has Chronic Kidney Disease.

See, to be very clear, this can't get back to normal state.

Currently he doesn't require dialysis. But eventually he would require this.

I would suggest you to get his Kidney Transplant done.
Till then, for Anemia start him Inj Erythropoetin 4000 units subcutaneously twice a week.
Rest follow medications as has been advised by your doctor for blood pressure and anemia. Also he requires Calcium and Vitamin D3 supplement.

But get him kidney transplant as soon as possible.
If you have any further query please ask me else close the discussion and rate it.
Stay Healthy.
