Can I Take Dietary Supplements For Osteoarthritis?

Question: I have severe osteoarthritis of my spine and moderate OA of my rt knee are there any dietary supplements that can help pain symptoms ? I am fairly sedentary because of the difficulty walking.

There is good role of diet also in arthritis.
You need to avoid bakery items, curd, milk.
Avoid cold and fermented food, bitter and sour food.
Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, salads.
