Can I Spread Infection Inspite Of Being In Recovery Phase Of Viral Fever?

default
Posted on Wed, 12 Nov 2014
Question: I've had a touch of the flu since Thursday, (low grade fever, was freezing and a little achy with an upset stomach), but I feel fine now. Is it ok to go out to church or will I still spread it around?

Brief Answer:
You can go out.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
You are in recovery phase of viral fever. Virtually you are non infective now.
But I am really glad to see your concern towards the society.
You can go out and even go to church. In case you sneeze just use a handkerchief. And avoid shaking hands with people.
Otherwise, nothing to worry.
You can carry on safely with your work.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
