Brief Answer:
Antibiotics and diarrhea

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic. The side effect of diarrhea is a common one to occur when taking antibiotics. I wouldn't recommend that you stop the antibiotics though. They are doing more good that harm.

The problem here is that the antibiotics are killing off the normal bacteria that live in your gut. It is very easy to make sure that they grow back again. You can do so by taking probiotic meds and foods.

Yes Curds are a VERY good idea as it tends to have probiotic bacteria in it. By all means, eat curds when you feel like it.

If you were a patient in my office, i would suggest that you start taking "Econorm" sachets or tablets 3 times a day after every meal. These are specially designed probiotic meds that should bring things to normal quickly.

I hope this helps, Let me know if there is anything else i can help with.

Vinay
