i am 54 yrs old diabetic undergone angiplasty 6 yrs back i take medicine as follows
ecosprin 150 mg 1-0-0
losar 25 mg 1-0-0
diabend m 1-0-1
ppg 0.3 1-0-1

is it safe to take viagra what precaution to take and dosage

There is no problem in you taking Viagra as there is no interactions with the medicines you are taking. But I need to know about your Blood pressure because Viagra can sometimes cause a drop in blood pressure .

Also I need to know whether you are sexually active after your Angioplasty. Usually I advise my patients to get a treadmill test to check their stamina in doing exertion ( including Sex ). If you have not got any treadmill test done before kindly get it done and revert back.

Dose has to be titrated by checking your Blood pressure and the response for the initial dose. I start with a dose of 25mg but you need to consult your treating doctor before starting Viagra as certain cardiac medicines like Nitrates ( which you are not on right now ) might be prescribed unknowing to you by your doctor if he is unaware that you are taking Viagra.

These Nitrates have got bad interactions with Viagra , hence do consult your doctor before staring Viagra.
