It takes time

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for using Health Care magic for posting your query.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Rexipra is a good drug for anxiety is the dose of 15mg in total is alright and is recomended. Also epitril in the dose of 0.5mg is also good. These medicines take time to treat anxiety and one should wait for atleast 2 weeks before deciding on its efficacy. Other good options are paroxetine or venlafaxine for anxiety with rexipra doesnt help you. Also if a physician is trying to treat you, it would be advisable to get treated under a psychiatrist as a psychiatrist is a specialist for anxiety disorders.

Hope this helps
