Brief Answer:
Continue medications.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

Mid cycle bleeding is one the side effect of Meprate medication as it contains hormonal preparation.

For PCOS first and important treatment is life style modification like diet changes and weight reduction with regular exercise. These measures help in 90% of patients to control their cycles. Only few of them require medications along with life style modifications.

Need to continue your medication according to your doctors advice and life style modifications .

These mid cycle bleeding some times stop with in 2 days or can extend also. But you need to continue medication. Other medications are not recommend to stop this bleeding as those medication are going to alter your hormonal levels. Which is further going to affect your cycles.

Your other medication took for tooth problem are a reason for this bleeding. But some times antibiotic do affect hormonal levels, but very rarely.

Hope I answered your query and feel free to ask further related query.

Wish you a good health.

Brief Answer:
Stops by itself

Hi, thanks for follow up.

Medications are there to postpone periods. But once periods start it has to stop itself. Usually these type of mid cycle bleed will stop in a 2 or 3 days.
